In cases of termination for cause, any remaining balance may be subject to review before release.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 12g555's aggregate liability to any individual player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable legal minimums.
